Weir has secured an order to supply 14 GEHO® TZPM 2000 positive displacement (PD) pumps equipped with GLORES (GEHO® Load Reduction System) to Lloyds Metals & Energy Ltd. The order is part of the second phase of Lloyds Metals’ slurry pipeline project at its Surjagarh mine in Maharashtra and is projected to avoid 69% of carbon emissions compared to traditional road transport. GEHO® TZPM 2000 PD pumps are purpose built for high-pressure, long-distance slurry pipelines – helping operations reduce their dependence on conventional logistics with high carbon emissions.
