Congratulations to Private Equity partner and Weil Los Angeles office Managing Partner Tana Ryan on being named among the Top Women Lawyers in California by the Daily Journal. The publication highlighted Tana’s work advising Forgent Power Solutions in its initial public offering that valued the company at $8 billion and H.I.G. Capital’s acquisitions of Converge Technology Solutions Corp. and Quisitive Technology Solutions Inc.
