Motorola Solutions acquires Israeli counter-drone startup D-Fend for $1.5 billion. D-Fend solution focuses on neutralizing hostile drones, a capability that has become increasingly relevant with growing demand in Israel and globally. The company was founded in 2016 and raised only $67 million since. It ended 2025 with revenues close to $100 million and is expected to reach $185 million this year.
