Our Advisory & Transactional Services team, led by Jan Podzimek and Martin Holy, provided Technical Due Diligence services in support of the #acquisition of a #healthcare asset, Senior Care Home Tmaň, for Centrum dlouhodobé péče. 🔍The project consists of an operational senior care facility developed through the refurbishment of former agricultural buildings and part of the Tmaň château, complemented by a new extension.
