GLAS is pleased to have supported the Development Bank of Mongolia on its successful tender offer. Acting as Information and Tender Agent, our team supported the execution of the transaction, collected instructions from bondholders via the clearing systems, and facilitated communication with bondholders and market participants.  The transaction formed part of the Development Bank of Mongolia's return to the international public bond markets after an eight-year absence and was completed alongside a US$500 million five-year bond offering.
