What happens when you bring employability leaders, government, and frontline experience into one room? A very honest conversation about what needs to change to help more people get into, and stay in, work. Earlier this week, we brought together senior leaders from Ingeus, Reed, The Growth Company, AKG and more, joined by Dan Riddle from the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), who shared reflections from the Keep Britain Working Independent Review. The discussion came at a critical moment. People's lives are becoming more complex. Health needs are rising. Entry-level roles are changing. Technology is reshaping work. And frontline teams are being asked to deliver more personalised support, often within systems that make that harder than it should be. The conversation sparked some brilliant thinking on how we start to solve this. From reimagining the employer's role, to how technology can free up frontline teams to do the work that actually matters. Thank you to Dan Riddle, Rachel Astall and everyone who joined us for such an open and energising discussion.
