In employability services, 5 extra minutes with someone who’s been out of work can make a huge difference. It might be the chance for an employment adviser to ask one more question, build trust, or help someone start to see a path forward. But too often, that time is lost to admin. Richard Massey, Head of Continuous Improvement at AKG, recently spoke about how AI can help change that, not just by reducing admin, but by giving employment advisers more time with the people they support.
