Growth doesn’t happen by accident. It’s built through intention, repetition, and a commitment to the fundamentals. This past weekend at WeAlign Coaching’s Foundations course was a powerful reminder of that. We had the privilege of developing both new and experienced coaches, each bringing a unique perspective, all united by a shared commitment to growth. We welcomed Amy Ruiz, the youngest coach in WeAlign Coaching history, alongside Bob Kolodinsky, PhD, ACC, an already accomplished coach who continues to invest in his growth. Susan Litwiller also returned to Foundations, demonstrating what it means to keep sharpening your craft over time. Our CEO, Geoffrey Kuhlmann, PCC, also stepped back into Foundations six years after first completing the training, reinforcing the belief that no one outgrows the fundamentals. Together, we focused on what matters most: ➡️ Strengths-based coaching ➡️ The neuroscience behind behavior and change ➡️ And the discipline of being fully present with another human being Founder Dave Mead and COO Deb Heverly didn’t just teach these principles; they modeled them in every interaction, showing what great coaching truly looks like in practice. What stood out most was the collective commitment to learning. Whether stepping in for the first time or returning to refine existing skills, every coach demonstrated that mastery isn’t a one-time achievement; it’s an ongoing process. At WeAlign Coaching, we believe the strongest foundations create the greatest impact. Grateful for the coaches who showed up, leaned in, and continue to raise the standard.
