This World Safety Day, the spotlight is on ensuring healthy psychosocial working environments across workplaces everywhere.🛡️At WE Soda, safety is at the heart of everything we do. There are no trade‑offs when it comes to the health and safety of our people, contractors, and visitors. 🎖️This year is especially meaningful as we completed our three‑year Safety Excellence Journey, which began in 2023 at our Eti and Kazan sites in Türkiye. Over the past three years, this journey has strengthened our safety culture through structured and proactive frameworks. This year’s theme is an important reminder that safety is not only about physical hazards. It is also about how we work together, communicate, manage workloads, and support one another.
