Last week at DevTalksRomania, on the Women in Tech stage, Veronica Ruxanda (Leaders in Tech Executive Board Member) joined Ionela Vilceanu (Leaders in Tech Mentor) for a conversation about turning chaos into clarity in business and technology. As we discussed organizational change, conflicting priorities, difficult decisions, and uncertainty, one thing became clear: chaos is rarely the real problem. More often, the challenge is navigating competing priorities, unclear ownership, different perspectives, and the reality that there is rarely a perfect answer waiting to be discovered. As leaders, we often feel pressure to move fast and provide answers. Yet some of the best outcomes come from slowing down just enough to understand the system before trying to change it. Who owns the problem? What assumptions are we making? What are we optimizing for? What does success actually look like? Another topic we explored was clarity. Not clarity as having all the answers, but clarity as creating shared understanding. Helping people see the same problem through a common lens. Aligning around purpose before aligning around solutions. These are dialogs we see every day across the Leaders in Tech community. Different companies, different industries, different roles, but often very similar leadership challenges. Thank you to DevTalks Romania and Steliana Moraru for creating space for discussions that go beyond technology and into the realities of leadership. #LeadersInTech #DevTalks #WomenInTech #Leadership #TechLeadership
