Our Global R&D and Compliance Summit in New Jersey brought together colleagues from across regions for a few days of collaboration, innovation, and shared learning - creating plenty of #PositiveLastingMemories along the way. With teams coming together from around the world, it created space to connect beyond day-to-day work, align on priorities, and explore how we can continue to grow as one global R&D community. By stepping into the same space, we were able to challenge thinking, share perspectives, and strengthen the connections that help us move forward together - across borders, teams and functions - making it better than it is today.
