PIJIP celebrates the publication of Andrés Izquierdo's report, "Reframing Design Law from the Inside Out: Why the DLT Marks a Turning Point for Global Innovation," in GRUR International: Journal of European and International IP Law. The publication examines the 2024 Design Law Treaty (DLT) and its potential to reshape global design governance. Andrés argues that its long-term success will ultimately depend on how countries implement its provisions to promote a more inclusive and accessible global innovation ecosystem.
