WC Smith is pleased to announce that Adrian Gross,RPA® has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Property Management and Sustainability and has joined the Property Management Executive Committee. Adrian began his career at WC Smith in 2008 through our management training program, in which he gained wide-ranging experience in rental administration, acquisitions, development and multi-site management. He currently oversees a portfolio of 20 properties. He has become the company’s point person, and an industry leader, in sustainable building management.​ Appointed to the Mayor's Task Force for Building Energy Performance Standard (BEPS) in 2019, Adrian plays a critical role in shaping energy policies aimed at carbon neutrality in DC by 2050. He is a key figure in implementing these standards across WC Smith’s portfolio, ensuring compliance without compromising the financial health of affordable and rent-controlled properties.
