This video gives a concise overview of why OUTA has filed papers to have Helen Botes - former CEO of the Joburg Property Company - declared a delinquent director, for her gross dereliction of duty as the accounting officer of this entity. In one of the interview excerpts, Botes says she is aware that she has been seriously implicated in a report that caused the death of 76 people, but when asked what her response is to this allegation, she says she can’t comment because she hasn’t read the report, due to the fact that it has not physically or formally been put in front of / or presented to her. Watch this short video. The sheer arrogance is astounding, or should I say, sickening.
