At Waving the momentum continues as we’re very proud to announce that Matthew Dobson has chosen to join Waving as a Senior Backend Engineer, adding serious weight to our already amazing engineering team. Matthew Dobson brings an immense depth of experience to Waving, as a fromer Chief Architect Hadean and Principal Software Engineer. Matthew Dobson holds a PhD in Distributed Systems and an MSc in Parallel & Distributed Computing Systems from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam), where he specialized in decentralized synchronization for massive-scale wireless networks - making it easy to see why Waving was the perfect match. In this critical role Matthew Dobson will help guide the tech team, driving the technical architecture and engineering capabilities forward. Welcome aboard Matt!
