The best events are the ones where customers do most of the talking. Recently, Waters teams brought together scientists and industry experts at customer events across Europe to share experiences in laboratory automation applications, from sample preparation protocols for proteomics, to fully automated microbiology workflows. While the experiments were different, a common theme emerged: laboratories are looking for automation solutions that improve reproducibility, efficiency, and standardization while remaining flexible enough to meet their evolving needs. Most importantly, these conversations gave customers the opportunity to share their real-world challenges, successes, and priorities for the future. Those insights help drive innovation and ensure we continue developing solutions that address the needs of modern laboratories.
