A major boost for circular economy infrastructure in Al Ain. Tadweer Group has awarded a contract to upgrade and reconstruct a Material Recovery Facility designed to process 400,000 tonnes of municipal solid waste annually, strengthening the region’s waste recovery capabilities for years to come. With a planned operational lifespan of 20 years, the facility is expected to play a key role in diverting valuable materials from disposal and supporting long-term resource recovery objectives across Al Ain and surrounding communities.
