🌱🥩 Cultivated meat: future food or still far away? Cultivated meat is often presented as a promising solution for reducing the environmental impact of our food system. But bringing it from the lab to our plates is about much more than technology alone. Questions around affordability, regulation, scaling up production and consumer acceptance will all determine whether cultivated meat can become a real alternative.
