Someone found a Tumblr post of mine, from 13 years ago. About the underdog. Parts of it sound like I wrote it today. Most of Zapier's customers are underdogs. The person who built something nobody told them to. They don’t fit perfectly into a job description. They’re the tinkerers, the folks who see opportunities and seize them. Non-technical people getting technical fast. They're underdogs. And they're using Zapier to punch way above their weight class. Most Zapiens are underdogs too. Big characters with unconventional backgrounds, unafraid to get their hands dirty. 13 years ago, punching above your weight class meant finding someone willing to give you a shot. Now you don't need to be found. You've got the tools to fight up a weight class on your own.
