As our newly created Integrity Lead, you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring the highest standards of integrity are embedded across our organisation, affiliated clubs and cricket in the community. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about people, governance, safeguarding and making a genuine difference. You'll lead the implementation of our integrity framework, support complaint management processes, deliver education and awareness initiatives, and work collaboratively with stakeholders across all levels of the game.
