This month, we’re pushing for better💪 Throughout June, WA Cricket staff have been taking part in the Push-Up Challenge, coming together as a team and community to get active, start conversations and build our understanding of mental health. Over 24 days, we’re taking on 3,307 push-ups, representing the number of lives lost to suicide in Australia. This number is a powerful reminder of why these conversations matter. Taking our mental health and wellbeing beyond the boundary, staff are learning daily mental health facts and supporting positive change. With education at the heart of the challenge, WA Cricket is pushing for improved mental health literacy, breaking down stigma and encouraging open, honest conversations across not only our organisation, but wider cricket community. Through our partnership with Think Mental Health, our organisation is proud to help encourage early conversations, connection and support across our community. By doing small, daily actions, lasting change can be made for ourselves, our teammates and our community. Getting active together can help us all find our way to okay 💚
