Building skills is key to strengthening communities. This vision is taking shape at the Government Industrial Training Institute (ITI) in Durgapur, where a newly inaugurated government training campus has expanded access to high-quality vocational training aligned with real-world industrial practices. The institute is in close proximity to the Wacker Metroark Chemicals production facility in Panagarh. The two-year program “Attendant Operator Chemical Plant” helps young people gain practical skills and improve their employability in the chemical industry. Supporting this education initiative is an important part of our commitment to sustainable development and long-term growth in that region.
