🚀 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝟴𝟬% 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗜 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻? PwC's 29th Global #CEO Survey and #AI Performance Study reveal that while AI excitement is at an all-time high, only 20% of organisations have successfully moved their agentic and GenAI experiments into #production at scale. This supports the infamous and often-cited Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) study that as many as 95% of AI projects fail to generate value in production. 𝗦𝗼, 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁? It's not the #tech. In this video, I break down the critical gaps in #data, #people, and #process. Here are the key takeaways: 📚1. The Data Readiness Gap: Over half of generative AI projects are abandoned after the Proof of Concept (PoC) stage because the underlying data is unreliable, incomplete, or lacks the necessary #context to be "machine-actionable". 🏋️2. The Workflow Trap: Many companies fail because they try to "#bolt" AI onto existing human workflows. AI lacks the "common knowledge" context that humans use to navigate standard operating procedures, leading to immediate failure when scaled. 🕵️3. Governance at Speed: Traditional #governance was designed for human-paced consumption. To succeed, governance must evolve to be automated, real-time, and explicit about data provenance. 🛣️𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀: Organisations delivering value using AI aren't experimenting as hoc; they are reinventing at the systems level. By treating data as a core product rather than a byproduct and becoming "AI fit," leading companies are seeing up to 7.2x more AI-driven returns than their peers. 📺 Watch the video below to learn how to bridge the data gap and move AI strategy from experiment to impact.
