Today, VVMF - Viral Vector Manufacturing Facility has entered into a licensing and option agreement with OXB (LSE: OXB), a global leader in viral vector development and manufacturing. Under the agreement, VVMF receives a worldwide, non‑exclusive license to OXB’s proprietary inAAVate™ AAV platform, with an option to extend to the LentiVector™ lentiviral platform. This collaboration strengthens our ability to provide high‑quality, scalable viral vector solutions to CGT companies globally, with a particular focus on the rapidly expanding APAC region. As Australia’s first commercial viral vector CDMO, this agreement gives VVMF a powerful foundation to accelerate operational readiness, align with globally recognised manufacturing standards, and support biotech innovators seeking a faster, more capital‑efficient pathway to clinic.
