Not everything that changes a life looks big from the outside. A school bag, for most of us, is just another item on a checklist. For a child, it can mean showing up with dignity, feeling included, and believing they belong. In collaboration with Persistent Systems Noida, we curated and distributed school bag kits to 249+ children in communities where even the smallest support goes a long way. Employees came together, not just to assemble kits, but to invest their time and energy into something meaningful. Every notebook packed, every pencil placed, carried a sense of purpose. And then, right in the middle of the distribution, the lights went out. But what stayed was unforgettable. The room didn’t dim. If anything, it felt brighter. Because the smiles of the children outshone everything else. There was joy, curiosity, and a quiet kind of hope that doesn’t need electricity to be seen.
