At Vossloh Switch Systems, we recently celebrated International Women’s Day👷♀️, but our commitment is long term and is demonstrated on a daily basis. In 2026, this day was, for example, an opportunity to highlight the career path of Ivy Koa in Australia and the women on our industrial sites; to open our Outreau and Reichshoffen plants to a female audience, notably with the #RoadtrainGirly; to take part in the Women in Rail Sverige conference in Stockholm with Camilla Helgesson, Maggie Ambrosini-Hagelkvist, Christina Ohlson, Gitte Ekdahl and Kristin Edberger; and to attend the “Women and Industry” morning event at Dassault Systemes with a presentation by Carole Vignon, Managing Director of Vossloh Services France. From Australia to Sweden, from France to Luxembourg, our teams are mobilized to promote the role of women in all professions: production, quality, safety, engineering, management, support functions, headquarters, offices and factories. At Vossloh Switch Systems, International Women’s Day is a key moment in our calendar, but not a one‑off event. Throughout the year, we continue to take action to make our industry more inclusive and attractive for everyone. 🛤️👷♀️👷♂️ #Vossloh #EnablingGreenMobility #WomenInRail #Attractivity #WomenDay
