One by one, around 250 former colleagues from our German entities arrived at our Pensionersโ Celebration โ welcomed with smiles, handshakes, and the unmistakable feeling of "Good to see you again.โ Conversations picked up exactly where they had paused years ago. Names turned into stories. And stories turned into shared memories. These are the people who have shaped Vorwerk in the past, who have carried responsibility in changing times, built relationships that lasted, and helped turn everyday work into something meaningful. Their contribution is still visible in everything we do today. The day unfolded in moments that invited both reflection and connection. Between these moments, music filled the space โ two organ pieces performed by Wolfgang Klรคsener โ creating a calm contrast to the lively reunions around the tables. Over lunch, coffee and cake, the real program of the day took place: conversations. Laughter. Stories retold, sometimes slightly differently than before, but always with the same warmth. And in all of it, one feeling stood out clearly: belonging does not end with retirement. Being part of Vorwerk is something that lasts. This gathering was a reminder that Vorwerk is not only defined by what it builds but also by those who have built it and continue to be part of its story. Thank you to everyone who made this day possible and to everyone who joined us and filled this event with life. ๐ ๐ธ Sven Jaeger
