As June comes to a close, we are reflecting on Pride Month and our ongoing commitment to an inclusive work environment in which all individuals are treated with respect and dignity. We aim to be an organization where everyone feels respected, heard, and valued by embracing individual perspectives. Our employee resource groups (ERGs) are part of our ID&E initiatives, giving employees an opportunity to connect with like-minded people. We are proud to support our ERG's, which include Pride@Vopak, Women@Vopak, Vopak Internationals, and Young Vopak. Across our organization, these groups serve several vital purposes.
