They are studying physics, nanotechnology and material science. We opened with a presentation on our history and coating technologies, drawing analogies to well-known telescopes such as those at the ALMA Observatory and the Rubin Observatory. This was followed by an open discussion covering technical and general topics, including the advantages of a mid-sized company. Next, we headed to the factory floor for a tour to see large-scale coating equipment and tons of machinery. Especially the test center and seeing engineering in action particularly impressed everyone and sparked conversations. Furthermore, at the Vocatium career fair, we engaged in conversations with committed young people. The atmosphere at the event was dynamic, powerful, and professional, perfect for initial contacts and real career opportunities. #physics #nanotechnology #career #engineering #materialscience
