We are hiring a hands-on Mechanical Engineer! Voltrac has just stepped out of stealth with a clear mission: Strengthen food security & defence by taking drudgery (and danger) out of the field. What this role entails: - Own mechanical systems end to end: concept → CAD/FEA → prototype → field test → production. - Work hand in hand with experts in building, autonomy, and AI; decisions ship within days, not quarters. - See your designs operate in vineyards and test ranges within months, not five-year programmes. What we’re looking for: - Degree (or equivalent grit) in Mech/Aero Engineering. - Solid track record turning rough ideas into hardware that survives the real world. - Fluent in CAD + FEA, happier with calipers and wrenches than slide decks. - Collaborative mindset – you’ll iterate daily with peers.
