𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 ⚙️ Coordinate end to end order handling and delivery execution 📦 Manage planning, scheduling and SAP MRP activities 🤝 Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Procurement and Logistics 📊 Maintain high quality SAP master data for purchasing and production 🌍 Support supplier management, purchasing activities and commercial coordination 🚚 Organize imports, exports and shipment coordination for products and prototypes 📈 Help optimize operational workflows, resource utilization and inventory levels 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 🧠 Strong ownership mindset with a hands on mentality 🔄 Experience in operations, supply chain, planning, logistics or project coordination 🏭 Experience in regulated manufacturing environments such as MedTech, IVD, automotive, aerospace or industrial manufacturing is a plus 💻 ERP experience in an operational environment, ideally SAP ByDesign 🗣️ Fluent German and English skills 🎯 Structured, solution oriented and proactive personality 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿 🔹 High level of responsibility and autonomy 🔹 Direct collaboration with R&D, Production and Logistics teams 🔹 Opportunity to shape operational excellence in a growing high tech environment 🔹 Pragmatic and no nonsense company culture If you are motivated by operational challenges and enjoy working across technical and commercial interfaces, we would love to hear from you.
