Strong customer collaboration is essential for driving operational excellence in papermaking. 🤝We are pleased to share that the Voith Paper FRS APA team recently participated in the KC IPEN (International Process Engineer Network) workshop at Kimberly-Clark Malaysia’s Kluang Mill. The workshop provided a valuable platform for our team to engage with the Kimberly-Clark and cross-functional mill teams, exchanging practical insights and operational experiences on key topics including forming, press, roll covers, and Yankee condition monitoring. Particularly valuable was the open and constructive dialogue - strengthening mutual understanding, sharing mill-floor experiences, and reinforcing a collaborative approach to continuous improvement and operational excellence. 👍We sincerely thank Kimberly-Clark team and all participants for the engaging discussions and constructive sharing. We appreciate the opportunity to contribute our expertise and look forward to further strengthening our collaboration through practical, value-added support for our customers.
