Tomorrow's opportunities are shaped by the skills we build today 💫   We're excited to announce the signing of an MoU with the National Telecommunication Institute - المعهد القومي للاتصالات, reinforcing our shared commitment to developing future-ready talent and strengthening the connection between education and industry.   By bringing together VOIS' global expertise and best practices with NTI's strong foundation in developing local talent, we are helping equip young Egyptian professionals with industry-relevant technological and professional skills while supporting closer alignment between education outcomes and labour market needs.   Through this collaboration, NTI students specialising in Telecommunications and Information Technology will receive 120 hours of technical and project management training, complemented by functional learning, industry exposure and career development opportunities supported by VOIS.   Together, we are contributing to a sustainable talent pipeline aligned with current and future business needs, helping drive innovation, support transformation and strengthen Egypt's growing digital ecosystem.   #VOIS #SkillsDevelopment #DigitalSkills
