For me, the strongest driver is agility grounded in curiosity: - Adapting to meet needs and challenges in real time - Encouraging small pilots instead of waiting for perfect solutions - Providing an environment where people feel safe to try, even if outcomes aren’t perfect. Most importantly, when looking for ways of embedding an innovative mindset, I focus on psychological safety. People thrive when their voices are genuinely listened to and valued. My advice to any leader pursuing similar ways of working? Don’t wait for permission to improve things. Start small, involve your people, and build momentum through action“.
