We recently had the privilege of hosting our People with Disabilities (PWD) Learnership Orientation on our premises – a powerful reminder that inclusion is not a side initiative, but a core part of our people agenda.💯 In her welcome, our HR Director Njabulo Mashigo reinforced the importance of challenging ourselves on where and how we source talent, reminding us that the future of work demands broader thinking, deeper intent, and bold action when it comes to inclusion. We are incredibly excited to welcome 60 learners who are embarking on qualifications in IoT, Cloud Computing, and Long‑Term Insurance – skills that are critical to our future, our customers, and our ambition as an organisation.
