In the financial year 2026, our networks covered 595.8 million people, providing access to connectivity across our markets, while serving 237.3 million customers, including Safaricom. Through our services, 103 million people accessed financial services, with 92.1 million using products that support greater financial inclusion and economic participation. In Egypt, 13.5 million people benefited from digital healthcare solutions, while 4.0 million learners, teachers and community members gained access to educational opportunities through e-learning platforms and school connectivity programmes. We also continued to support a more sustainable future. By matching 100% of purchased grid electricity with renewable sources and deploying IoT-enabled solutions, we helped customers avoid 3.6 million tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent (tCO₂e) emissions.
