Congratulations to our 15 Vice Presidents and Directors who recently completed our third “Leadership Unlocked” program! This dynamic 15-week Leadership Development Program is designed to deepen each participant’s leadership capabilities through interactive learning experiences, coaching, assessments, site visits, and internal networking opportunities. This year’s cohort concluded with final projects focused on participants’ understanding of teams across the organization operating as one VNS Health and how they as leaders can drive the organization forward.
