Some journeys are planned; others choose us. For 16 years I’ve built for the U.S. market while leading global U.S. and European teams from Kyiv, New York, Limassol, and Berlin—always optimizing for impact over location. When the war in Ukraine forced me to leave home, I chose the San Francisco Bay Area for its innovation and community. Today I’m grateful to share that I’ve been approved for a U.S. EB-1A green card. For me, it’s both recognition of past work and the start of a new chapter here. I’m excited to keep doing what I do best: aligning product strategy with go-to-market to take companies from concept to product-market fit, then to scalable growth—orchestrating global cross-functional teams to make it happen.
