After five years at McKinsey & Company, I am excited to start a new position as Director of Enterprise Transformation & Growth at Lonza. The past years at McKinsey have been an incredible experience, in which I had the great privilege to learn and grow alongside a network of exceptional colleagues and mentors. In parallel, I also wrote my PhD in Operations Research at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, which made this period particularly intense but also very rewarding. I am now looking forward to the new chapter at Lonza in Basel, supporting its mission to bring transformative medicines to patients and make a lasting impact on global health. A sincere thank you to Anton Maucuer and Daniel Nieper for the very warm welcome during my first days. Thank you as well to everyone who has been part of this journey!
