Working with the #IBBC-CNR "Science&Society" team over the past two years on the "Eureka al Femminile" educational school project empowering women in STEM, we have encountered numerous instances of discoveries that male colleagues and the scientific society have either denied, sabotaged, or stolen from female scientists. For generations, it was standard policy to keep women from labs, universities, and credit. Today, gaps persist in funding, leadership, recognition, and societal support.
