From a Call to Countless Memories: My Internship Journey at Frauscher Sensor Technology India What began with a simple call from Nikhil S. Sir turned into one of the most meaningful chapters of my journey. From landing in Gurugram to our first day in the Equality Room, his constant support—always just a call away—set the tone for the weeks to come. Welcomed warmly by the HR and Academy teams, we were fortunate to work under the guidance of Ishan Mukherjee, Veeresha T, and SANOJ KUMAR Sir—whose mentorship and support shaped this into an incredible learning experience. A memorable interaction with our MD, Akhilesh Yadav Sir, left us inspired and driven. A special mention to the amazing session with Florian-Elmar Beck, which added incredible value to our learning. 🎉 Frauscher Day celebrated the culture that ties it all together—and every interaction, from Gurugram to Bengaluru, made this journey richer. Meeting Alok Sinha Sir in person—someone we looked up to even before joining—was a standout moment. His clarity, leadership style, and grounded nature made a lasting impact on us. Thanks to Rohit Mishra Sir and Jaywant Kujur Sir for sharing not only their guidance but also life lessons we’ll carry forward. A special thanks to Ashish Upadhyay Sir, CEO of Sensonic, for a powerful conversation on innovation and leadership. 🛠 I contributed to five key instructional design projects: 1. ASD Onboarding Module Each one helped me turn complex technical ideas into engaging, learner-focused experiences.
