At our recent VIVAMAYR Pop-up in Istanbul, our experts shared valuable perspectives on supporting long-term health, vitality, and healthy ageing. Dr. Sepp B. Fegerl offered insights into the VIVAMAYR approach to healthy ageing, combining our medical expertise with a holistic understanding of prevention, regeneration, and sustainable wellbeing. He also highlighted an important aspect of protein supply: it is not only about how much protein we consume, but also about how well our body is able to digest and use it. Dr. Ezgi Kacar, who supports our London location, shared her perspective on biohacking and how targeted, science-based strategies can help optimise energy, performance, and overall health. Chef Emanuela Fischer gave a glimpse into the VIVAMAYR Healing Cuisine. Together with our guests, she cooked, shared insights, and invited everyone to taste how mindful nutrition can be both simple and deeply nourishing - showing once again that less can often be more.
