It's great to be welcoming Martin Lau as our new CTO. Martin joins Visualcare with more than 25 years of enterprise technology experience, including eleven years as CTO of Citation Group, where he led technology strategy across Australia for the group's SaaS, legal, certification and HR services lines. It's the kind of background that translates well to the world Australian care providers operate in. Compliance heavy, regulated, and increasingly demanding on the systems sitting underneath day-to-day operations. Martin on what drew him in: "I'm excited to be joining Visualcare. The care sector makes a meaningful difference to people's lives but can be overwhelmingly complex for providers and participants to navigate. The Visualcare team have been solving problems for providers for years, helping them deliver important outcomes for their participants.
