Eco Systems CEO Bill Douglas joined Vistage in 2018 with $1M in revenue and no formal business training. With his group’s guidance, he built a leadership team, aligned his staff and began acquiring small businesses in Massachusetts. In 2023, a cancer diagnosis put everything at risk. His Vistage peers immediately stepped in to keep the business running and even accelerated its growth. Bill is now cancer-free and recently sold his company for $10.2M.
