75 years ago, the high-speed imaging journey started... We recently found the Phantom V2.0 in our Wayne office. It is one of our earliest high-speed imaging systems, dating back several decades and representing an important part of our history. It was a single-lens camera built on the premise that high-speed photography could be a legitimate research tool. Seventy-five years later, our cameras are operating in ballistics labs, automotive crash facilities, aerospace test ranges and wind tunnels around the world, capturing over a million frames per second.
