We are hiring at Zylabs. The kind of person who can sit in a CRO call on Tuesday, ship an account brief by Friday, and tell us what to build next — all in the same week. Zylabs is a deal engineering practice for enterprise sales teams. We work with sales leadership to surface the right accounts, the right angle, and pursuit-ready artifacts. The role is broad by design. The first months are heavy on delivery. You'll sit in real client calls and walk CROs through deals. As we scale, you'll shape what we automate vs. what we deliver hands-on, go deeper into client strategy, and own pieces of the practice. The ceiling is whatever you can carry. Where you've probably come from: → Consulting → Founder's office or chief of staff at a fast startup → B2B content with teeth: sales enablement, deal desk, proposals that closed real deals We look for: 3–5 years in one of the above. Strong writing. Presentable on client calls. High agency. Fluent with AI tools. Genuinely curious about the product.
