This month, we’re proud to spotlight Ananya Kumar, a Visa University instructor who teaches our Stablecoin Money Movement courses. Ananya is on the Policy Advisory team within Visa Global Government Affairs, where she focuses on emerging technologies including stablecoins, tokenization, agentic commerce and AI. In her role, she provides strategic policy guidance to product, communications and regional government affairs teams, helping shape messaging, regulatory positioning and risk considerations for major initiatives across stablecoins and agentic commerce.    Before joining Visa, she was the Deputy Director for the Future of Money at the GeoEconomics Center at the Atlantic Council, where she led work on payments systems, central bank digital currencies, stablecoins, cryptocurrencies and other digital assets.
