Able to work independently and as part of a team / 能够独立工作,也能配合团队完成任务。 Job Responsibilities 工作职责: 1. Handle daily administrative tasks such as data entry, document filing, and record maintenance / 处理日常行政事务,如数据录入、文件归档及记录维护。 2. Receive, record, and store incoming receipts, delivery notes, and related documents / 接收、登记并存放收据、送货单及相关文件。 3. Assist in maintaining and updating inventory records accurately / 协助准确维护和更新库存记录。 4. Support the preparation of reports, forms, and correspondence as required / 根据要求准备报告、表格及各类文书。 5. Ensure all administrative records are properly organized and up to date / 确保所有行政资料妥善整理并保持最新状态。 6. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth document and information flow / 与其他部门协调,确保文件与信息流转顺畅。 7.
