From facing freezing challenges to showing remarkable resilience, several of our outstanding colleagues braved an Arctic expedition to raise essential funds for SAMH and promote mental health in Scotland. 🌌❄️   Battling snow, ice, and some gruelling challenges, they stretched beyond their comfort zones and together raised £26,000.👏❤️   “My hope for this challenge was simple: to return with stories that make people reflect on what we can accomplish together and perhaps inspire someone else to try something daunting or to reach out for help when they need it.
