𝗔 𝘃𝗲𝗰𝗲𝘀, 𝘂𝗻𝗮 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗮 𝗻𝗼 𝘁𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗷𝗮 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗼 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗮𝘀. 𝗧𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗷𝗮 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗼́𝗻. --English below-- Hoy, en la segunda acción de la II Semana de la #Sostenibilidad, hemos escuchado a la influencer #MartaBustos, divulgadora y colaboradora de Eurofirms Foundation | Eurofirms Group, en una conversación que nos invitó a mirar la inclusión desde un lugar mucho más real: el de la experiencia vivida. Su historia nos recordó que muchas barreras no siempre son visibles, pero eso no las hace menos reales. Y que hablar de #inclusión va mucho más allá de sensibilizar: implica #aprender a mirar con más atención, más empatía y más conciencia. Marta también compartió una reflexión poderosa sobre la #adaptación, el #humor y la #actitud como herramientas para seguir adelante incluso en los momentos más complejos. Today, as part of the second activity of our II #Sustainability Week, we had the opportunity to listen to Marta Bustos, speaker and collaborator with Eurofirms Foundation, in a conversation that invited us to look at inclusion from a much more real perspective: lived experience. Her story reminded us that many barriers are not always visible, but that does not make them any less real. And that talking about inclusion goes far beyond raising awareness: it means learning to look with greater attention, empathy and understanding. Marta also shared a powerful reflection on adaptation, humor and attitude as tools to move forward even in the most challenging moments.
